Ethiopis College is an Ethiopian distance education institution operating in multiple locations, established in 2004 to address the gap between high demand and limited supply of affordable, accessible, quality higher education. In 18 years of operation, it has expanded to six main campuses in Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Wolaita Sodo, Hawassa, Tercha, and Gambella, plus 48 branches across nine regions and two city administrations.
Since opening, Ethiopis has provided education to masses previously unable to access conventional face-to-face learning. Over 50,000 students have graduated with degrees in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Cooperatives Business Management, and Educational Planning and Management, equipped with skills to become productive workforce members. Accredited by the FDRE Education and Training Authority (ETA), Ethiopis certifies students meet highest national standards.
Beyond undergraduate degrees, the college offers distance elementary and high school education (5th-10th grade) through study materials and tutoring. In Gambella and Meti cities, it provides up to level 4 diploma education and certificates, even establishing face-to-face extension classes at local students' request.
